Operations & Systems Assistant (Part-Time, Remote Contractor)

Jennifer Caryn Brand Nutrition is growing—and we’re looking for an Operations & Systems Assistant (Contractor) who thrives on connecting the dots, building systems, and keeping the backend of an online business running with precision.

This is a flexible, part-time independent contractor role (5–10 hours/week to start, with room to grow). It’s perfect for someone who doesn’t just “manage tasks” but thinks like an owner—anticipating needs, creating structure, and making sure projects, systems, and people stay aligned and moving forward.

💰 Compensation: $25–30/hour (based on experience).

What You'll Be Responsible For

Project Management & Systems Integration

  • Build, manage, and refine the project management system (Monday)

  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and accountability

  • Set up and troubleshoot integrations across Kajabi, Practice Better, ManyChat, Zapier, etc.

  • Create automation and workflows to reduce manual tasks

  • Manage sales/landing pages, email sequences, and other digital assets

  • Prepare client-facing resources, session materials, and launch logistics

  • Anticipate operational bottlenecks and propose solutions before they become problems

  • Collaborate with Jennifer on backend organization, process optimization, and implementation

Online Business Operations

  • Keep the backend of the business organized and running smoothly—no detail falls through the cracks

  • Document, update, and enforce SOPs across the business

  • Track metrics, identify trends, and suggest improvements for efficiency

  • Support launches, promotions, and ongoing client programs with operational oversight

  • Be the “hub” that connects projects, people, and platforms together

Client Experience & Coordination (potential supporting scope)

  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes for new and existing clients using Company platforms.

  • Assist with day‑to‑day client communication via Gmail and Practice Better, as directed by Company.

  • Track client forms, test kits, lab results, and required follow‑ups; coordinate session scheduling/rescheduling and reminders across time zones.

  • Send post‑session next steps, follow‑up messages, and protocol updates as directed by Company.

  • Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and well‑guided throughout program participation.


First 90 Days: What Success Looks Like

By the end of your first 3 months, you will have:

  • âś… Built and customized a project management dashboard in Monday that organizes all ongoing projects, launches, and recurring tasks

  • âś… Documented and streamlined at least 5 core SOPs (onboarding, payments, client communications, content approvals, etc.)

  • âś… Set up or improved integrations via Zapier between Kajabi, Practice Better, ManyChat, and Gmail to reduce manual tasks

  • âś… Created a system for tracking client progress and renewals that connects across platforms

  • âś… Supported one live launch or promotion by managing backend logistics (pages, emails, reminders, automations)

  • âś… Identified at least 2 operational bottlenecks and proposed solutions to make things more efficient

This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:

Compensation & Details

🕒 Part-time contractor (5–10 hrs/week to start)
